2. Affiliate Program Overview
The compensation plan for referring customers into the system
is quite lucrative and represents an ongoing residual income
opportunity. Since the customers will be operating a profitable
business and relying on this system as the back-end, the
recurring commissions will be very "sticky" and cancellations
will be unlikely.
Starting on August 30, 2005, we will begin offering 500 charter
memberships. The price of the system during the charter
membership period will be a $497 set-up fee, followed by a
$97 monthly fee. The standard payout is 40% of the set-up
fee and 40% recurring.

raised to 50% on the set-up and 50% recurring. That's
