Blog Auto Publisher JV Proposal
> The whole product overview:
I'd like to tell you What BlogAutoPublisher does, before the video guide
shows you How it does it.
(Don't become overwhelmed by so many features, you can start working
using basic features of it, really simply and easily, and add using
advanced features as you're ready.)
As you already know, it allows you to put publishing to your blog on
schedule. And it will also do the following:
* each time it blogs, it also pings Ping-O-Matic, My.Yahoo (separately)
and Moreover (for MSN);
* just like in every other blogging software, you can save posts as
drafts on your own computer or choose to publish them immediately (as
many times and as often as you wish);
* you set up a schedule for each blog separately; it can be set to
publish _on schedule_ as often as every 15 minutes.
[Please pay attention: we give you to try the most powerful version of
BlogAutoPublisher, the Spirit version. We will give or sell it by
personal invitations only, to only people that we trust,
so please don't even disclose to others that such version exists. All
the versions released to the general public, will be restricted to
publishing (on schedule) to every separate blog not more often than
twice a day.]
We are determined to make this software (and its users) befriended by
search engines, not seen as blog abusers;
* it runs on your own computer, not on a service server, so *only you*
know which blogs you post to and what you post, and you don't need to
pay for every limited number of posts or any membership fees;
* it can both take presaved posts from your computer, *and* republish
from the Internet (or interleaved).
When republishing from web pages, it is set to a certain format for
every set of similarly formatted pages, which means: you set where to
take the text from these pages, where to start, where to end, and for
differently formatted web pages you can define different ways to take
the text from them.
Texts on the Web can be plain text files or HTML pages or any other way
formatted text files (XML for example). With complex files,
like Word files, you can usually convert them to HTML, and then you
could feed the HTML files got, to BlogAutoPublisher.
Plain text being published turns into HTML: links become 'alive' (become
links you can click on), paragraphs get separated by HTML tags etc.
* republishing texts can go 2 ways:
(a) a URL of a web page with an article is added to a list of URLs to
republish from. Once it's republished, the URL is gone from the list.
This way BlogAutoPublisher is a good complement to Jay Jennings's
Sonic Page Blaster;
(b) a feed URL is added to a list of feeds to republish from.
Every time something is published to the blog (feeds are defined for to
repubilsh from), all the feeds, added to the list, get crawled and if a
new message got added there since it was crawled the previous time, the
message is republished to the blog.
This way you can republish any feeds to your blog, or can set up a blog
where you only republish feeds, or for example you can find the best
blogs in your market and make a blog-summary with "Best Marketing Blogs"
for example, "Best Real Estate Blogs", "Best Copywriting Blogs" etc.
You can add AdSense on these pages. Just think: for your target market
it probably will be much more convenient to go to one your blog than to
several others. You can actually create portals this way. Virtual Real
Estate Empires are now so much easier to create.
And by the way, now AdSense works in RSS feeds as well, so when you
post to blogs, you can use this additional advantage as well.
It can also make a perfect Google AdWords landing page, especially
when you add there your opinion, review or something else to make it
more personalized. Blogger can use any HTML page as a template,
just some special Blogger tags should be added there, so this page
doesn't have to even look like a blog. Just tips, opinions, reviews,
some information, regularly automatically updated;
* it can remember your affiliate links and any other information you
don't want to remember but want to keep handy;
* you can define a list of keywords bound to some URLs, and just before
publishing, the keywords contained in your blog post, will be replaced
with the corresponding links to the bound URLs.
This way you can put any affiliate links there automatically.
You can restrict the maximal number of keywords replaced per blog post,
so that it could look more naturally, and every time a keyword is used,
it's applied some score, so that the next time BlogAutoPublisher will
rather take keywords not used yet (if they're in the post of course .
* when you republish articles from a product owner who has an affiliate
program established, you can set BlogAutoPublisher to add/replace your
affiliate links there. It works both with 1shoppingcart-like systems
(adding prefix of an affiliate link to the deep links on their site) and
ClickBank (replacing certain links with your affiliate links).
* you'll be able to pre-define a set of your affiliate links to some
products by those whose articles you republish, and it will rotate
it from post to post adding the next by rotating link to the next post
(you'll be able to say to which posts you want to add it. For example,
you may reprint articles by Joe Vitale and at the end of each article to
give your affiliate link to some of his products. You may have several
such links, and the program will rotate them for you automatically).
With the time, we're planning to go to different product owners,
encouraging them to start blogs you could republish from with your
affiliate links. With BlogAutoPublisher it would be much easier for them
We plan to establish a forum where publishers and republishers could
meet, so that it would be easier for you to add the necessary data to
BlogAutoPublisher, to republish their articles;
* BlogAutoPublisher's module Instant Sitemap will help you to create
sitemaps in minutes, or to parse web sites finding all the article pages
there, so that you could easier add lists of URLs to republish from.
* you may prepare posts offline and only connect to the Internet
for BlogAutoPublisher to publish them later.
To cut the learning curve, we added a test blog where you can post just
to try anything you want to try with BlogAutoPublisher.
Everyone using BlogAutoPublisher will be able to post to this test blog,
so that you could easily try things, see how all the fields can be
filled etc. We'll purge this blog's content often, so it won't be a
content blog, but you should be able to try any new uses of
BlogAutoPublisher with it, not flooding your own blogs with test
messages and not being afraid to do something wrong, just learn things
doing them.
BlogAutoPublisher publishes to this test blog exactly the same way it
publishes to any other blog, except for two things: it never pings it
and after a week of being activated, it switches to disable the posting
on schedule to it, but you can always click Blog > Update Settings
and enable posting to it again.
> What's new in this version:
1. Pingoat - like pingomatic, *pings much more services*.
Now BAP pings in turns: pingomatic, pingoat, pingomatic etc.
2. Cool bookmarklet-like recording feature
(conveniently copy any text to your posts from any application
window, *copy from webpages text with HTML tags*!)
3. Greatly simplified feed republishing UI.
4. Support for Windows 98, Windows Me
http://blogautopublisher.com/download/bap10beta_win9x.exe
5. Automatically fetching blog ID when filling blog settings.
To try, please download now
http://blogautopublisher.com/download/bap10beta.exe
and install it (no need to uninstall the previous version first).
Known issues:
Clicking too quickly may leave the application stuck.
We know about it, we'll fix it, please for now be patient and work
with the program in a soft tempo.
> Cool bookmarklet-like recording feature, more details:
any time you see anything you'd like to mention in your blog,
1. click the Recorder shortcut on your Desktop or Quick Launch bar
(BlogAutoPublisher doesn't have to be open at this time, if it is,
you can use the red button or still click a shortcut on the desktop, if
it's more convenient),
2. copy all you wish for the post (you may copy many pieces, links,
BAP recorder will gather it all for you, even make the text look like
citation, and at the end will call BlogAutoPublisher post editor and put
the post there)
3. publish it right away or save to schedule.
The idea is to cut the time and efforts between you seeing an
interesting information and publishing it to your blog.
> How to drive more traffic to your blog.
By following this simple procedure, you'll not only be updated on the
latest news in your industry, but also find Trackback partners and drive
much more traffic to your blog. It also works miracles when you have a
writer's block or simply a non-writing mood, but would like to update
your blog more often.
Just use the following scenario:
1. open BlogAutoPublisher,
2. type the subject you'd like to write about, as a title,
3. go to Help > Find TrackBack Partners:
it will search through Technorati.com or the new Google Blog Search,
4. skip through the blogs found in the listings.
Every post of interest, easily copy some text from it with BAP
Recorder (use the Quoted option, it'll make it look as a quote), copy
the link where you've found it. Add your own opinion.
If the blog post has Trackback enabled, great!
Add the Trackback link to Trackback URL(s) field, fill in the
excerpt, and BAP will send a Trackback ping there (this blog will be
notified, that you mentioned its info on your blog, *placing a link to
your blog on its page* (=> it will bring you both regular readers and
the search engines).
(Remember, your blog doesn't have to have Trackback enabled in
order for you to send Trackback pings to other blogs, BlogAutoPublisher
will do it for you.)
And if there's no Trackback there, just add a comment with your
opinion on the subject.
An additional bonus to this process is that you find people thinking
alike and may find some very interesting blogs.
Warning: this process is highly addictive. )
Stay tuned:
BlogAutoPublisher was built with intention to make your life easier, and
soon we'll show you more ways to drive traffic to your blogs/websites
easier and quicker. There will be tons of ideas revealed at the big launch.
Some technical details:
* it publishes by XML-RPC, not by email, so it's hard to close: too many
serious blogging programs rely on that;
* it can publish to Blogger, TypePad, Movable Type, WordPress and any
blogging server that supports MetaWeblog API;
* you set drifts for schedule: the posting time will be randomized to
look more natural within the drifts' limits;
* you can change schedule set for a blog, every time you wish;
* when BlogAutoPublisher wants to publish something on schedule,
and the computer is not connected to the Internet at the moment or a
blog is down or anything else is on the way, it will give you options to
choose, to try again later or skip this time or pause or stop all the
publishing on schedule;
* TrackBack works for Blogger as well! If you're blogging using Blogger,
you know you can't send there trackbacks from the same interface where
you're posting. With BlogAutoPublisher you send trackbacks with each
post from the same simple interface;
* Technorati Tags: there are corresponging buttons
in the Post Editor, to help you to easily create valid Technorati Tags
from your post text, *inside* your post text. But besides that,
Technorati Tags will also be taken from your keywords list, and if some
of the keywords exist in your post, just before the publishing all
corresponding tags will be added at the end of the post, in the format of:
Technorati Tags: , etc.
* your username and password to every blog are kept encoded,
so you can share your blog settings for BlogAutoPublisher
with someone you hire to post to your blog with BlogAutoPublisher,
and they will not have an access to your blog account, only be able to
post to this blog through BlogAutoPublisher.
* you can preview the posts, how they can look when they're published.
And it may not be limited to just HTML look:
you can replace the post template for each blog to the actual home page
of your blog, so that you'd see exactly how the messages would look
in this particular blog;
* all the time it works from your computer, you can actually work on
that computer and not be disturbed;
* you can post to many different blogs from one simple interface;
* it can be customized for the client's needs, text formats etc.;
Do you see how BlogAutoPublisher will save time on blogging? Now
marketers that didn't have the time for blogging, can do it much easier:
take one day and prepare the posts to be published, for example from
your bookmarks. All your articles on different sites now can be used in
your blogs. You can use public domains sources (look at Jay Jennings's
http://sonicpageblaster.com for example).
It is perfect for niche marketing: marketers will be able to hire
someone to prepare posts for a blog on some theme and then put it on
schedule, forgetting about it.
There are many more uses for it, every day I think of several more.
I'll gather them all later in the salescopy.
With republishing feeds and blogs to Google AdWords landing page
or VRE Empire or easily creating new sites, portals or
anything else, it'll work perfectly for affiliate marketing.
For example, there can be a feed or a blog by some marketing master
with daily tips that would be good to syndicate on other marketers'
websites.
It preferably should be tips that people would love to learn from,
probably even combining: several posts tips, then an article that people
would have to click through to continue to read on the blog of the
publisher of these tips, then again tips, etc.
This marketer also should have an affiliate program that is capable of
creating deep links dynamically (for example, 1shoppingcart does provide
this feature, to an affiliate link one just adds
&u=http://affiliatesite.com/deeplinkintoaffiliatesite, something of
that kind).
We would explain the syndication of it in great detail,
besides the explanation in the video guide, we'll make one more
and send it to you as soon as it's ready.
How it will work: when this feed will be syndicated, it will be in
static HTML (so seen by the search engines) and with affiliate links, so
when someone follows a link on that syndicated tip to continue to read
it on the publisher's blog or just being interested in further
investigation of the material, he will get through an affiliate link, so
the syndicator from whose site he came will get his fees if this visitor
purchases something. This provides an ideal situation for both the
affiliate program owner and the affiliate, as the affiliate:
1. gives not just an affiliate link on his site, but the useful
information, tips, that are updated daily, so it draws traffic to his site;
2. these tips can be put there automatically, so the affiliate shows
constantly updated information on his site without ever needing to add
information by himself;
3. this provides a great landing page for the Google AdWords;
4. this syndication brings him affiliate fees.
With the affiliate program owner, in his turn, it will be like that:
1. he gets the publicity, as there will be much more people willing
to syndicate his blog/feed than the
feeds of the other blog publishers that do not provide the affiliate
program;
2. his widely syndicated tips will establish him as an
expert in the area and the links build his link reputation, especially
since they're in the appropriate context
(especially now when search engines tend to switch to context ranking);
3. he gets much wider possibility to sell his products.
Now it really can be like that: you just make a site with great content,
and they will come... especially when you and your affiliates use
BlogAutoPublisher.
The versions will be:
BlogAutoPublisher Lite - $397 full price
BlogAutoPublisher Pro - $849 full price
The difference between the versions will be in a number of blogs allowed
to be published to (unlimited for Pro version), priority of support,
automatically adding Technorati Tags in Pro version, and the most
important: in the allowed frequency of publishing _on schedule_: for Lite
version the limit will be 2 times per day, for Pro version 4 times per day.
The launch will be at some date between 12 Oct and 16 Oct. (I'll tell you
immediately when I know the exact date).
There will be a week after the launch when the software will be sold at
50% discount, to reward the people who believed in us long before we
released the software. The prices will go up to the full prices after the
first week.
The JV partners can promote us at any time they choose: at the first week
there will be a scarcity factor of increasing the price soon, but the affiliate
fees after the discount week will be 2 times higher together with the
software price.
Affiliates will earn 30% - 40% on the first tier (they will be automatically
moved up the scale depending on the number of sales), and the 2nd tier
will be always 20% _from their 1st tier_ (not my invention, it's so by our
affiliate software, but it's convenient in that the 2nd tier automatically
grows together with the 1st).
To sign up as an affiliate:
http://im4newbies.com/blog-software/blog-auto-publisher.htm
(click link under email capture to access affiliate sign up page)
To get the program now, the BETA version should be used:
you can download it and install from
http://blogautopublisher.com/download/bap10beta.exe
and then download and install the video guide from
http://blogautopublisher.com/download/bap10beta_vg.exe
And because of 2-tier affiliate program it will be profitable for you
to recommend BlogAutoPublisher to your affiliates, customers, business
clients.
Ok, these are *some* uses of BlogAutoPublisher, it all will be explained
in greater details in the salescopy. Please tell us what you think for
now, and how we could make it more convenient for you, so that it would
be even more powerful for *you*.
Best,
Olga.
P.S. If you're asking yourself, just how we're different from
all autoblogging software tools emerging now,
please look at this report written by Jason Potash:
http://www.profitjolt.com/articlereport/pdf.html
This is an important, even shocking, report about
recent trends with blogs and RSS.
Read it and then think of this:
these software tools use only a _side-effect_ of blogs and RSS, their
spidering by search engines. It's like using your car only to sit in it
and read a book.
With BlogAutoPublisher you'll be able to use the full, real power of
blogs and RSS, and you won't need to do it the sp::mmy way,
so I strongly believe search engines would only encourage it.
We'll make sure they do.
So we'll work on it to make sure it has higher and higher marketing
value for you. On your side, please tell us, what *you*'d like
to see there, how we can make it easier and more convenient for *you*.
Please start downloading now:

and then download and install the video guide from
http://blogautopublisher.com/download/bap10beta_vg.exe
Much success,
